I’m not going to tell you what I think of the below facts. I’m just providing you with the information.

I found this weird spot in Micronesia while playing around with google earth one day. First I wasn’t sure what caused it. So I got curious.
Its funny how some countries in the world are held responsible for their “weapons of mass destruction”…
Whats even more funny is that some countries are not…
Nukes though – are pretty darn beautiful when they blow up. It’s a shame they suck at keeping stuff alive…
The [i]-icons you see are pretty much all locations of US nuclear bombs.
You think thats a lot? Scroll down…..
Lets zoom out a little bit further….
I’ll let the picture speak for itself.
Further out… About 80% of the [i]-icons are US nukes.
I wonder why they had to plant all those trees on the islands…
If you want to see the nuke locations for yourself in google earth - get google earth at earth.google.com – and then fly to “micronesia”. After that see the hole (first picture) at “Runit”. Fly around ”Enewatak Atoll” and “Bikini Atoll”. After that you can fly pretty much anywhere (south, north, west, east) and you’ll find a lot more.
And as I said before -I’m not going to tell you what I think of the above facts. I’m just providing you with the information.
Cheers!
P.S. I really like untouched nature. But to be honest, trees in a line do look pretty cool from above.
To bad I can’t go there without glowing in the dark…

if you think this is crazy,..use google earth, go to Nevada, about 75 or so miles north of Las Vegas. That’s the “old” nuclear testing grounds are. There are hundreds of bomb craters from nuke tests. When you see, pan out a bit to get a good look of the whole area. One of the largest craters, is 1/4 of a mile wide! Measure it for yourself. YOU HAVE TO LOOK TO REALLY BELIEVE! This area was operated in the early 1950′s,..and so they say they shut it down in the 70′s. But that’s at least 20 years of testing going on there! It’s crazy! And just think, there not trying to hide it with pretty rows of trees either. LOL!

It’s mad to think that the word “bikini” came from the US doing nuclear testing on an island called bikini and that they advertised the new swimwear with happy girls in the foreground and the huge mushroom like cloud in the background. The poor inhabitants were evacuated and told that they could return after the test…. fat chance! Don’t think there was much left of the island after they were done. even more mad to think that everyone knows what a bikini is but no one really knows where it comes from!
